Dust Filter Bag

Bag filter dust removal is an efficient gas-solid separation technology, widely used in industrial dust removal (such as cement, metallurgy, electricity, chemical industry, etc.).

Features:

High efficiency filtration

1.The capture efficiency of fine dust can reach more than 99.9%, and the emission concentration can be lower than 10mg/m³.

2.The filtration accuracy depends on the fineness, density and surface treatment of the filter material fiber (such as coating process can further improve the accuracy).

Strong adaptability

1It can handle high temperature (such as using glass fiber filter material up to 280℃), high humidity (anti-condensation design is required), corrosive (such as PTFE filter material is acid and alkali resistant) or sticky dust (anti-stick coating is required).

2.It is effective for dust with a wide range of particle sizes, from submicron to hundreds of microns.

Various cleaning methods

1.Pulse jet: high-pressure compressed air instantaneous backblowing, suitable for high filtration wind speed (1.5~3m/min).

2.Mechanical vibration: simple structure but easy to damage the filter bag, suitable for low load conditions.

Back-blowing: Suitable for large bag dust collectors, but the cleaning strength is weak.

Controllable operating resistance

1.The initial resistance is about 50~150Pa, which gradually increases with dust accumulation (the design upper limit is usually 1500~2000Pa).

2.The cleaning effect directly affects the resistance stability, and excessive cleaning will shorten the life of the filter bag.

Economy and maintenance

1.The life of the filter bag is usually 1~5 years, which is significantly affected by the nature of the dust, temperature fluctuations and cleaning frequency.

2.Replacing the filter bag requires downtime, and the maintenance cost is high, but the overall operating energy consumption is lower than that of the electrostatic precipitator.

Application:

Industrial dust removal:

Bag dust collectors used in steel, cement, electricity and other industries to filter smoke (such as PM2.5, heavy metal particles).

Chemical/Pharmaceutical:

Filter bags made of acid- and alkali-resistant materials (such as polyester and polytetrafluoroethylene) are required to filter corrosive liquids or high-purity raw materials.

Food and beverage:

Remove impurities in liquids (such as juice and beer) to ensure hygiene standards.

Water treatment:

Used for sewage treatment or drinking water filtration, interception of suspended solids, algae, etc.

Summary:

The core function of the filter bag is to efficiently separate impurities and fluids. It is widely used in environmental protection, industrial production and life fields, and has the functions of purification, protection and resource recovery. When selecting, the material and pore size should be matched according to the medium characteristics (temperature, acidity and alkalinity), particle size and working conditions.
