Traditional separator filters are the commonly-used filters in purifying engineering over half of the century . although new filters keep on coming into the market , these filters are still not replaceable for many projects due to their characteristics such as cheap , temperature-resistant and shock-resistant.

All AGB high-efficiency filters are tested before delivery.under general conditions . ‘sodium flame method’ Is applied as required by national standard GB6165 but mpps of europe or 0.1-0.2mm scanning method of the united states can also be adopted if required by customers .

The company also produces other kinds of separator filters in additional to traditional items of AGB filters such as abnormal-sized filter sSGL ultra-high efficient filter whose particle filtering rate for 0.1-0.2mm particles is not less than 99.999%, general ventilation separator filter of F6-F8 and special enhanced separator filter for turbines and compressors.

1. Width of 610mm series of filters includes:203,305,610,762,915,1219,1524 and 1829,namely,8’’,12’’,24’’,30’’,36’’,48’’,60’’,72’’.

2. It is stipulated that wind speed at the windward side shall be 0.45m/s(90fpm) fpr filters in single-flow-direction purifying system.

Captions:

1. Compared with galvanized board frame filters,filters with medium-denisty board filters are about 5% smaller in terms of effective area and about 5% higher in terms of resistance.

2. Resistance data in the table of filters with effciency of 99.97% are slightly lower.

3. Resistance and air quantity are of approximate linear relation within the scope of 50%-150% of nominal air quantity.

4. “Suggested air quantities” are data based on experience,meaning economical and reasonable rang of designed air quantity.
