AYHL chemical filters (abbreviated as AYHL carbon cylinder) adopt particle active carbon and are used to remove harmful gases and unpleasant smells in the air.

Carbon cylinder unit

AYHLcarbon cylinder stalled on a special frame .A certain amount of carbon cylinders consist of a filtering unit and a certain number of filtering units make up of a chemical filtering section . 

Maintenance  

The metal case of AYHLcarbon cylinder can be used repeatedly.Customers can let the active carbon replaced by technicians from the producer ( seasoned users can also replace by themselves), or can regenerate the active carbon so as to use the filter repeatedly.This design can greatly reduce operating cost of users . 

Regeneration

Ordinary active carbon can be regenerated to extend service life of AYHL carbon cylinder and to reduce operating cost.Generating methods include steaming and drying under the sun.

Absorption materials 

Ordinary carbon :Column active carbon particles.

Modified carbon: Active carbon that has gone through special chemical processing.

Modified carbon is needed to absorb chemical pollution that are difficult to be absorbed by or dinary carbon.

Absorption capacity

Service life of chemical filters is determined by the amount of absorption materials and the absorption ability of the materials.A filtering unit with 16 AYHL-5 has 30.4kg of ordinary carbon and can absorb up to 6.0-10.0kgs of chemical pollutants.

Selection of filters

Modified carbon is needed for chemical pollutants that can not be effectively absorbed by ordinary carbon such as stinking smell,formaldehyde,acid gas and basic gas.

When selecting a filter,people should understand types and density of pollutants and air quantity.

Protection                                                                                        

Ordinary filters shall be installed before and after the active carbon filter so as to prevent the active carbon filter from being blocked by dusts and prevent the ventilation system from being polluted by powders of active carbon
