Introduction:

The oil suction filter is a device installed at the oil pump suction port. It is mainly used to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components and prevent the suction of pollutants and impurities, thereby effectively controlling the pollution of the hydraulic system and improving the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. The oil suction filter can be directly installed on the side, top or bottom of the oil tank. Its oil suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the oil tank, while the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank. In addition, the oil suction filter is also equipped with self-sealing valves, bypass valves and filter element pollution blockage transmitters, so that the oil in the oil tank will not flow out when the filter element is replaced and cleaned.

1. Easy installation and connection, simplified system pipeline:

This filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom or top of the oil tank, the filter head is exposed outside the oil tank, the oil suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level in the oil tank, the oil outlet is equipped with a pipe type and flange type connection, and the filter is equipped with a self-sealing valve and other devices, so that the pipeline does not need to install other pipe fittings such as a stop valve, thereby simplifying the pipeline and facilitating installation.
2. The self-sealing valve is set to make it very convenient to replace, clean the filter element or repair the system:

 When replacing, cleaning the filter element or repairing the system, you only need to unscrew the filter end cover (cleaning cover), and the self-sealing valve will automatically close, isolating the oil tank oil circuit, so that the oil in the oil tank will not flow out, making it very convenient to clean, replace the filter element or repair the system. If the self-sealing valve is opened, it can also be used to drain the oil from the oil tank.
3. It has a filter element pollution indicator and an oil bypass valve to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system:

When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum degree of the oil outlet is 0.018MPa, the indicator will send a signal, and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in time. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element, the oil bypass valve on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open (the opening value is: vacuum 0.02MPa) to avoid the oil pump from sucking air. However, the machine should be stopped to replace or clean the filter element to keep the hydraulic system clean and improve the reliability of the hydraulic system.
