HQFILTRATION High-Flow Filter Cartridges - HFU620UY200H4

High-flow-rate filter cartridges are filtration elements specifically designed for handling high-flow-rate liquids. They significantly improve filtration efficiency while reducing operating costs, playing a vital role in various fields such as industrial water treatment, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals.

The HFU620UY200H4 is a high-flow-rate water filter cartridge featuring a large 152mm diameter design and no central support frame, employing an inside-out flow pattern. This design greatly enhances filtration efficiency. The cartridge utilizes a gradient pore size structure and a pleated design, effectively increasing the filtration area and resulting in a significantly lower pressure drop compared to ordinary filter cartridges. The cartridge's integral polypropylene design and hot-melt bonding effectively prevent end cap detachment and secondary contamination, ensuring filtration sealing and reliability.

Applications:

Industrial Water Treatment: Widely used in pretreatment (security filtration) for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, industrial wastewater treatment, power plant condensate filtration, and filtration of liquids in chemical production processes.

Food and Pharmaceutical: Used for filtering fruit juices, beverages, pharmaceutical solutions, and production water to ensure product safety and quality.

Municipal and Environmental Protection: Used for urban water purification and wastewater treatment.

Precautions:

Precision Selection: Always select the appropriate filtration precision (unit: um) based on the size of the target particles you need to filter.

Material Compatibility: Ensure the filter element material (e.g., polypropylene PP) is chemically compatible with the fluid you are treating to ensure filter lifespan and filtration efficiency.

Replacement Procedure: When replacing the filter element, follow standard operating procedures, such as using appropriate tools, cleaning relevant components, and ensuring the sealing ring is properly lubricated and positioned correctly when installing the new filter element.

Differential Pressure Monitoring: Monitor the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the replacement pressure recommended by the equipment manufacturer, it indicates that the filter element is clogged and needs immediate replacement.

In industries such as energy, petrochemicals, and electronics, efficient water treatment is crucial for ensuring production safety and product quality. High-flow-rate filter elements, as core components of water treatment systems, directly impact the overall system's operating efficiency and cost.
