HQFILTRATION filter housing is an important part of the filter and is usually made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel,fiberglass or plastic.The main function of the filter housing is to hold the filter material and provide a stable structure to support the entire filter.We can provide oil suction filters,return oil filters,and pressure filters.

Feature:

The filter housing is usually composed of two parts,the upper part is called the"filter cover"and the lower part is called the"filter cartridge".The filter cover has a more complex shape and is the inlet and outlet channel for compressed air.The filter element is suspended and fixed on the filter cover.The filter cover is provided with air inlet and exhaust ports to ensure that the air is discharged from the exhaust port after passing through the filter element to avoid leakage1.The functions of the filter cartridge include sealing and receiving the filtered liquid,and a sewage discharge device is provided at the bottom to discharge the dirt in time.

Application:

Filter housings are widely used in various water treatment and air purification systems.In water treatment,the filter housing is used to remove impurities such as suspended matter,particulate matter,organic matter and microorganisms in water.In air purification,the filter housing is used to filter compressed air to ensure air quality.
