The basket filter is a device widely used in industrial liquid filtration, mainly used for impurity filtration in oil, water or other liquid pipelines.
Structure and working principle:
The basket filter is usually made of stainless steel woven mesh, stainless steel sintered mesh or porous plate, and is installed on the pipeline to filter solid particles in the fluid. Its filtration area is 23 times larger than that of ordinary Y-type or T-type filters, which can effectively intercept impurities while maintaining a high flow rate. When cleaning is required, the flange cover can be removed to remove the filter basket for cleaning, which is easy to operate.
Main materials:
Stainless steel material: 304, 304L, 316, 316L stainless steel woven mesh, dense mesh, punching plate and sintered mesh, etc.
Other materials: Some models may use glass fiber or wire woven mesh.

High temperature resistance: The operating temperature range is usually 30℃~+110℃, and some models can withstand higher temperatures.
Corrosion resistance: Suitable for acid and alkali environments, strong stress resistance.
