Filtration principle: ​

The filter material of HQFILTRATION precision filter element is made of high-quality glass fiber, which shows extraordinary effect in the filtration process. It can effectively separate lubricating oil droplets with diameters ranging from 50 microns to 0.01 microns. Its uniqueness lies in that it can achieve efficient separation effect without adsorption or absorption during filtration, which has obvious advantages over other materials. 

A series of physical effects begin to work together. First is the effect of gravity. Large impurities have a natural tendency to sink under the influence of gravity; the collision effect causes impurities in the air to collide with structures such as fibers in the filter layer, thereby being intercepted; the interception effect directly blocks particles that cannot pass through the pores of the filter medium; the penetration effect allows air to pass through the filter medium, while impurities are left behind. In the process of oil droplets being removed by the filter layer, small oil droplets will first aggregate into large oil droplets. When the mass of the large oil droplets is large enough, they will settle to the bottom of the filter layer, then flow into the filter tank, and finally be discharged from the system through manual or automatic oil discharge devices, so as to achieve effective filtration of oil droplets and other impurities in compressed air.
