Features:

Principle:

Coalescing and separation principle: A coalescing filter element coalesces tiny water droplets in the oil into larger droplets, which are then separated by gravity. As the oil passes through the coalescing filter element, the water droplets are intercepted and gradually aggregate into larger droplets. Once the droplets are large enough, they settle out of the oil.

Precision filtration principle: Filter elements of varying precision are used to intercept and filter particulate impurities in the oil. The filter element has a specific pore size, allowing only oil molecules smaller than the pores to pass through, while particulate impurities larger than the pores are trapped on the surface or within the filter element, thereby achieving the desired effect of filtering impurities.

 

Application:

Power Industry: Used for filtering and purifying insulating oils such as transformer oil and instrument transformer oil, removing moisture, impurities, and gases from the oil, improving the insulation performance of the insulating oil and ensuring the safe operation of power equipment. Machinery Manufacturing Industry: Filters lubricants such as hydraulic oil and gear oil to extend their service life, reduce wear on mechanical components, and improve the efficiency and reliability of mechanical equipment.
