CF-25-3-E-V-0 High-Precision Stainless Steel Filter Cartridge

The CF-25-3-E-V-0 is a stainless steel filter cartridge, a precision filter element made of multi-layered sintered stainless steel mesh. With its superior durability, excellent chemical compatibility, and stable filtration performance, it has become an irreplaceable key component in many harsh industrial environments.

 

Features:

1. High strength, able to withstand high pressure differentials and severe pressure shocks; robust material, not easily damaged.

2. High temperature and corrosion resistance: Can operate in extreme temperature environments from -200 to 650; made of high-quality stainless steel such as 304 and 316L, resistant to corrosion from various chemical solvents, strong acids, and strong alkalis.

Material Grade: Select based on the corrosiveness of the working medium. 316L has better resistance to chloride ion corrosion than 304 and is suitable for more demanding operating conditions.

Structural Strength: Consider the system's operating pressure and potential pressure fluctuations, and select a filter element that can withstand the corresponding pressure differential.

Interface Type: Ensure the filter element's end cap interface matches the filter housing to prevent media short-circuiting.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Establish a reasonable cleaning cycle and method. For deep clogging, ultrasonic cleaning is usually the most effective.
